- I hold the rights to any and all works I create, even if you were the one who purchased it.
- I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a piece is complete that is that.
No exceptions.
- I require 75% of the total price upfront and the rest of the payment after the work is done.
- My work is not to be used for AI training/generation or NFTs.
- If my work is to be used publicly rather than personally, I am to be made aware of that fact (Example: for a thumbnail on YouTube) and told exactly what it’s for.
- Unless I am otherwise notified beforehand I will post all art that I am commissioned to do up on social media platforms (namely Bluesky) after they are done.
- I only accept payment through CashApp (for now).
- I will do my best to check in throughout the process to make sure you’re happy with the direction of the drawing and the results. If you have any inquiries or changes of your own that you’d like to see, I'm happy to make those changes free of charge within the sketch phase. Any time after, fundamental changes may come with extra charge.
